The struggles every IMG knows
Most Russian-speaking IMGs face the same walls when preparing for USMLE.
01
Too many resources, zero system
First Aid, Pathoma, Sketchy, UWorld. You switch all day and feel like you're going nowhere.
02
Language barrier slows you down
You understand the medicine — but English explanations take twice as long to process.
03
No idea where to start
Everyone says 'just do UWorld' but nobody tells you what to read first, in what order, for how long.
04
No sense of progress
You study for weeks and still can't tell if you're actually ready for the exam.
05
USMLE format feels foreign
Two-step clinical vignettes are nothing like the exams you took back home.
06
Studying alone is exhausting
No community, no one to ask, no accountability. Just you and a pile of PDFs.
Dr. Vinograd went through this — and built a system that works.
